Valley Center Middle School

For more than 10 years, our team at Encore Pavement has served the Valley Center school district by establishing short-term and long-term parking lot plans and budgets. Valley Center Middle School was in dire need of a major overhaul to rectify numerous safety hazards, drainage issues, underlying base problems, and non-compliant ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) stalls. After the USD 262 leadership reached out to our team for advice, we developed a complete list of recommendations, specifications, and an estimated budget to complete the job correctly and as economically as possible. Prior to presenting our recommendations to the district, our team utilized a laser level on-site to complete a master drainage plan to ensure that our project would be effective in solving all issues.
