Jimmie’s Diner was scheduled for a massive renovation with a very tight construction window. The owner needed a paving contractor that was flexible, efficient and highly capable of performing a full ground-up parking lot construction project under these conditions. Encore Pavement was able to work closely with the general contractor to re-engineer the drainage issues, remove the entire lot, replace all base rock, sidewalks, drainage flumes, asphalt paving, ADA ramps, signage, striping and parking blocks in just one week!
