Parking Lot Repair at Home Depot

Home Depot hired Encore Pavement to complete an extensive paving project for their high-traffic west Wichita branch. The first phase included site concrete replacement and concrete joint sealing in the garden area, loading ramps and perimeter curbing. Next, our milling crew began removing the 2” surface. After milling, full-depth repairs were completed for proper stabilization. Tack oil was applied to the milled surface, followed by the paving and compaction of the two-inch asphalt overlay. Our striping crew followed closely behind, applying the final touches on the project and installing new ADA-compliant signage.
