Asphalt Repairs and Seal & Stripe at Flint Hills National Golf Club

The roads at Flint Hills National Golf Club had hundreds of large cracks and had never had a sealcoat applied to the surface. Therefore, ownership hired Encore Pavement to complete a large and complex road maintenance project for the entire property. Some of the challenges were maintaining access to every home throughout the project, completing half of the road at a time in sections, preventing overspray on passing vehicles and adjacent concrete, and preventing any tracking onto driveways of high-end homes. Our crews and project managers maintained constant contact with FHN management to successfully coordinate schedules and logistics for the complex project.
