Crack Sealing, Sealcoating & Striping Project at Costco

This relatively new parking lot was due for its first sealcoat to help preserve the surface and long-term integrity of the asphalt. Encore Pavement developed a four-phase plan to complete the project in just four days, start to finish. Each section was crack sealed and had two thorough coats of commercial-grade sealcoat applied. Drive lanes received a third coat of sealer. A fresh coat of striping paint applied to the parking stalls completed the project on-time and on-budget.
