Asphalt & Concrete Paving Project at Coffeyville Refinery

Tessenderlo Kerley hired Encore Pavement to complete a very safety-sensitive and complex project inside of their storage containment bunker, as their walking surface was riddled with potholes and trip hazards. Our crews performed meticulous and careful excavation around tanks, valves and piping located underground and overhead. We developed and successfully executed a very detailed safety and phasing plan to completely replace all of the concrete and asphalt paving within the facility— all while keeping the customer fully operational throughout the project.
