A busy truck route in El Dorado was deteriorating after years of heavy use. The City of El Dorado hired Encore Pavement to perform a mill and overlay with several full-depth repairs to properly restore the road’s structural integrity. Another road needed full ground-up reconstruction. After excavation, we installed new base rock, new concrete curb and gutter, new concrete approaches and new asphalt paving.
