Encore Pavement was hired to mill and overlay the entire parking lot at the WSU Rhatigan Student Center as part of a large renovation project. Prior to paving the overlay, we repaired all heavily damaged areas full-depth to properly stabilize the base. Tack oil was applied, and a new two-inch asphalt overlay was paved. Our striping crew applied the finishing touches by laying out the new parking stalls and applying fresh paint.
