Soil Stabilization
Soil is what supports the pavement above it. If the soil is in poor condition, the paved surface will start to degrade. We employ certain techniques to stabilize and strengthen the soil so the pavement stays intact and lasts longer.
The Process
Soil Assessment & Testing
We determine what stabilization techniques and materials are necessary based on soil composition and strength test results.
Stabilization Treatment
- Compaction: We enhance the soil’s density by compacting it.
- Grading and Slope Adjustments: We improve drainage by changing the soil’s slope and grade.
Quality Control
We test the soil regularly to make sure the stabilization technique is achieving the desired goal.
