Horizons East Apartments

Before Encore Pavement crews worked on this parking lot, it was on the verge of needing complete replacement after years of deferred maintenance. We started by replacing all damaged sidewalks, curbing and drainage flumes throughout the property. Next, we completed a full mill and overlay on the entire property, followed by new ADA signage, speed bumps, parking blocks and striping. After the initial project was complete, we assisted Horizons East management by starting and implementing a long-term preventative maintenance program to help keep their parking lot and property in pristine condition.
